Jermaine had called us up with a frozen Blackberry Bold (BBB) screen on his hands. This is a very common problem that we see, being in the warranty and repair industry. Frozen Blackberry screens are extremely common and we deal with them on a daily basis. Being that he had our BBB warranty, we asked Jermaine to send it in for us to have a look at it.
