Great experience and service. I had a service plan that I never activated until two weeks before it ended - when my refurbished phone went dark. The agent was very patient and helpful and was able to get my phone serviced even though I couldn't access the serial number. Sent the phone via UPS to CPS, they acknowledged receipt, next day received an estimate and within 24 hours estimate was approved for repair. Phone was shipped back two days later. Excellent Fast service!
