Home appliance warranties come with great benefits
We offer multiple delivery options including Threshold Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and In-Home Delivery with Installation services. Each option provides varying levels of service, from basic doorstep delivery to full installation and setup of appliances.
White Glove Delivery includes bringing the appliance into your home, unpacking it, positioning it in its final location, and removing all packaging materials. This service does not include the connection of electrical or water lines.
We offer installation services for most appliances, but availability can vary based on the type of appliance and your location. It’s best to consult their website or contact customer service to confirm installation options for your specific appliances.
We provide haul-away services for old appliances at an additional cost. This service must be requested at the time of your new appliance purchase and is subject to local regulations and environmental guidelines.
Ensure that the area where the appliance will be installed is clear of any obstructions. Measure doorways, hallways, and installation spaces to confirm the new appliance will fit. Also, ensure that electrical and plumbing connections are ready and meet the requirements specified by the manufacturer.
The warranty covers 100% of parts and labor for repairs, including hardware and inner machinery failures, for many household appliances.
Consumer Priority Service allows returns within 30 days of delivery. Appliances must be in new condition, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
