🔍 Job FAQ – Telemarketing Sales (Remote, Israel-Based)

 

Where is the job located?
Remote – work from anywhere in Israel

 

What are the hours?
• Full-time: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00am–7:00pm EST (4:00pm–2:00am Israel time)
• Part-time: Minimum 5 hours/day during U.S. business hours

 

Are the leads cold?
No cold calling! You’ll be calling customers who already purchased a product but didn’t buy a warranty.

 

How is compensation structured?
You’ll receive a base salary + commission, with daily bonuses, prizes, and spiffs. 🎯

 

Is training provided?
Yes! We provide paid training, plus daily coaching and motivation to help you succeed.

 

Do I need prior experience?
Not at all – we love training motivated people with great energy and strong English!

 

Do I need to be a U.S. citizen?
No – this position is open to applicants based in Israel, and U.S. citizenship is not required.

 

How will I be paid?
We pay in USD. A U.S. bank account is preferred, but PayPal is also available if needed.

 

What kind of employment is this?
This is a 1099 independent contractor role.

 

What equipment do I need?
A laptop/desktop computer, webcam, and professional headset.
Please note: our software does not work on Chromebooks.

 

Can I work from home?
Yes! You must have a quiet space for calls and a strong internet connection.

 

Are there others in Israel already on the team?
Yes! We already have a strong sales team in Israel and are excited to keep growing it.
