Information Needed to Activate or Schedule Service for Your Digital Signage Warranty
CPS’s Digital Signage Protection Plan coverage begins at the time of installation. Please retain the following information for service activation or scheduling:
• Model Number, Serial Number, Description of the Issue, Unit Location and Property Name, Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email, Purchase Date

Note: Proof of purchase may be required at CPS’s discretion. To schedule service, call (800) 905-0443.

Terms and Conditions for CPS’s Digital Signage Warranty
Your CPS product warranty includes detailed terms and conditions, which are provided at the time of purchase.

Service Plan Cancellation Policy
Service plans may be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any claims paid.

Shipping Products for Replacement or Repair
Customers are responsible for properly packaging and returning the product. CPS will supply a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
