Kim had a frozen screen on her iPad after she dropped it and we were able to bring it back to life since she had the iPad warranty with us. She also didn’t have an iPad case protecting it. Using her iPad as her main interface for recording her music meant that it was even more crucial than normal to get it repaired since all of her music making halted with the screen being frozen.
