I just registered my warranties and found the online chat customer service very helpful w/ assisting me to complete the registration...so far I have not had to make a claim...but I liked very much the CPS terms and conditions regarding 1) warranty period commencing after manufacturer warranty ends and 2) transferability if I understand correctly I will purchase more warranties from CPS in the future and recommend to family and friends.
