For all client accounts with a @hotmail.com, @live.com, @msn.com, @passport.com and @outlook.com email address:

Log in to your email account via Outlook.com on desktop, and click the settings gear icon on the right of the top navigation pane:

Click “View all Outlook settings”:

Click “Junk email”:

In the “Safe senders and domains” section, click “+ Add”:

Add cs@cpscentral.com and cpscentral.com:

Click “Save”:
