Kelly bought the iPod warranty protection plan when she purchased her iPod touch and unfortunately had some bad luck with a frozen iPod screen soon after. We see a lot of these coming in and this is probably the most common problem we see with the iPod models. Kelly called us up and we were able to help her out, since she had the iPod warranty with us. We told her to send it into us…the frozen screen is something that we’re very familiar with, so we had it back out to her in under a week’s time. Now it’s working as normal and Kelly can listen to her tunes again. Thanks for sending in your experience Kelly!
